1 lb. butter, softened
3 eggs
1/2 cup honey
2 tsp. vanilla
1/4 cup water
1 1/2 cup brown sugar
1 1/2 cup sugar
1 tsp. baking powder
1 1/2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
5 cups flour
3 cups chocolate chips

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375º. Cream together the first seven ingredients. Sift together the dry ingredients and combine with creamed mixture. Stir in chocolate chips. Bake for about 10 minutes or until slightly golden brown.
If the dough feels too sticky add another 2/3 cup flour. I do this every time I make them.

My sister got this recipe from a friend in Texas. They are almost chewy. My favorite chocolate chip cookie ever.
