1 med. head cauliflower (cooked until tender)
2 c. cubed ham
1 3oz. can sliced mushrooms
4 tbs. butter
1/3 c. flour
1 c. milk
1 c. 4oz. cubed sharp cheese
1/2 c. sour cream
1 c. soft bread crumbs,
1 tbs. butter
Directions:
Directions:
Cook cauliflower until tender.
Combine butter , flour, milk and cubed cheese, cook until thick add sour cream. Add this mixture to the cauliflower with mushrooms. Top with buttered bread crumbs.
