2 -15 oz. cans of black beans
2 c. uncooked white or brown rice
8 oz. crumbled Feta cheese
3/4 c. chopped celery
1/2 c. chopped green onion
2 T. chopped fresh parsley
1 chopped tomato
1/2 c. Italian dressing

Directions:
Directions:
Cook rice according to package directions. Drain and rinse black beans. Combine in large bowl, beans, rice, Feta, celery, onion, and parsley. Add Italian dressing to taste. Top with tomatoes. Chill and serve cold.
