Ingredients:
For 2:
2 pcs. Boneless Chicken Breasts ( cut into thin strips).
1 pkg. mozz. cheese ( Block, cut into small cubes).
Seasoned Bread Crumbs
Fresh Garlic
Vegetable Oil
White Wine
Butter
Eggs
Toothpicks

Directions:
Directions:
Lay chicken Strips flat and place a piece of Mozz. Cheese on it and roll up and secure with a toothpick.Repeat this until you use up all the chicken pieces.

(I lay these on a cookie sheet.)

Place 3-4 beaten eggs in a bowl.
Place seasoned bread crumbs in a bowl.

Roll secured chicken rolls in eggs , then bread crumbs-place back on cookie sheet until you have them all coated.

Fill large fry pan 2/3 full of oil, add garlic bulbs (peeled)-6-8 pcs. and heat on medium heat till garlic browns. you can leave garlic in or remove it.
Turn heat up and test 1 pc. of chicken to see if it starts sizzling. If ready full fry pan with as many pcs. of chicken as you can without overflowing and let them brown up-remove from heat and place on paper towel lined cookie sheet. Continue until all pcs. as cooked.

After they are cooled, put them in a deep baking or casserole dish.
(You can freeze these at this point if you just want to do enough for dinner-and when needed pull from freezer and continue on with wine and butter)

I usually do a huge batch for holidays or company ,as it is time consuming to make this and freeze half of them for a later use.

Fill dish 2/3 full of white wine and 1 stick of butter.
Put in a 350 degree oven until butter melts and is bubbly. Probably about 30 minutes.
