1 box elbow macaroni( approximately 2 cups macaroni)
1/2 cup milk
2 tbsp. butter
2 tbsp self rising flour
1/2 cup milk
1 small box velveeta cheese
cubed cheese of choice - cheddar, mozzarella, Colby or 4 cheese( mixed bag )
salt and pepper to taste

Cook macaroni according to package directions. In a medium size microwaveable bowl, combine milk and butter until butter is melted. Add flour and seasonings, Mix well. Microwave two minutes, stir, and add cheeses. Stir again to blend. Microwave 5-8 minutes or until cheese is melted, Stir well to blend. Drain macaroni and add sauce.Blend well.
