1 c. shortening
1 c. brown sugar
1 c. white sugar
1 c. crushed pineapple
1 c. nuts
2 eggs
1/2 tsp. soda
4 c. flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 tsp. salt

Directions:
Directions:
Cream shortening and sugar. Add beaten eggs and pineapple. Add vanilla.
Combine dry ingredients and add to pineapple mixture. Add chopped nuts. Drop by teaspoonfuls on a greased cookie sheet. Bake at 375º for 15 minutes.
