2 loaves gefilte fish, defrosted
2 t. olive oil
1/2 medium onion, diced
2-3 cloves garlic, crushed
5 T. honey

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º. Grease a large loaf pan, 10x4x4.
Unwrap the fish logs and place inside pan. Smooth down with a moist spatula. Heat oil in a small frying pan. Add onion and saute until golden, about 10 minutes. Add garlic and honey to onions and bring to a boil. Turn off flame. Pour onion and honey mixture evenly over fish. Bake for 1 hour, uncovered.
