1 141/2-oz can black beans, rinsed and drained
2 c. frozen or canned corn
1 small red bell pepper
1/2 red onion
1 1/2 tsp. ground cumin
2 tsp. hot sauce
1 lime, juiced
2 T vegetable or olive oil
salt and pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Combine all ingredients in a bowl. Let stand at least 15 minutes so that corn, if frozen, defrosts and flavors combine. Toss and serve, or refrigerate until ready to serve.
