9" baked pie shell, I use graham cracker crust
1 qt. blueberries
1 c. sugar
1 c. water
3 tbs. cornstarch
1/8 tsp. cinnamon
1 tbs. butter

Directions:
Directions:
Mix 1 c. blueberries with sugar, water and cornstarch. Add salt and cinnamon. Cook and stir over low heat until very thick. Add the uncooked berries and butter. Mix well and pour into shell. Chill
Can be served with whipped cream or ice cream or just by itself.

Tastes just like fresh blueberries. So good and easy. After picking fresh blueberries I taught my Granddaughter Mackenzie who was 10 at the time to make these. Simple.
