3 whole chicken breasts, halved
3/4 c. apricot preserves
1 env. dry onion soup mix
1 c. Dorothy Lynch dressing

Directions:
Directions:
Arrange chicken, skin side up, in 9x13 baking dish. Combine remaining ingredients. Spoon over chicken. Cover and bake in 350º oven for 45 minutes. Uncover and baste. Bake uncovered an additional 15 minutes or until done.

I keep these four ingredients on hand at all times and it is a great dish for the unexpected guests. I serve it with rice and a tossed salad. So simple and so yummy!
