1 whole chicken (cooked and diced) or canned chicken and left over turkey is great
1 can sliced water chestnuts, drained
1 c. celery, diced
2 cans cream of chicken soup
2 c. cooked rice
1 c. mayonnaise (no substitutes)

Directions:
Directions:
Mix lightly and place in a sprayed 9 x 13 pan. Saute in butter 3 c. Special K with 1/4 c. sliced almonds. (I don't saute or use almonds - just put Special K on top.)
Cover with foil. Bake 1 hour at 350º.
*Not good make ahead and cooked later.
