1 lb. rigatoni noodles
1 rostisserie chicken, shredded and chilled
3 c. seedless red grapes, halved
1 bunch green onion, chopped
1 c. cashew nuts

Dressing:
1 c. mayonnaise
1/2 c. fresh lemon juice
1/2 c. Parmesan cheese (shake bottle is fine)
1 1/2 Tbsp honey
1 1/2 Tbsp tarragon
salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Cook noodles and set aside to cool.

Make dressing and mix well.

Move noodles to a large bowl and add chilled shredded chicken, green onion and the halved grapes. Mix in dressing. Add cashews.
