Ingredients:  
3 T olive oil
1 onion - sliced
1/4 lb mushrooms
1 1/2 lb green beans - 1 inch pieces
2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
1/4 c white wine
1/2 tsp red pepper flakes
1 bunch kale - rinsed, stemmed and chopped
2 T lemon juice
3 T grated Parmesan

Directions:
Directions:
1. Warm olive oil over medium heat. Add onions and cook until tender.
2. Add mushrooms, green beans, salt and pepper and cook 2-3 minutes.
3. Add wine and continue cooking until the green beans are almost tender.
4. Add red pepper flakes and kale and continue cooking until the kale has wilted.
5. Add lemon juice and Parmesan and toss to coat.
