1 yellow cake mix
1 1/4 c. Miracle Whip salad dressing
4 eggs
1/4 c. cold water
2 tsp. cinnamon
2 c. finely shredded carrots
1/2 c. chopped walnuts
1 16 oz cream cheese ready to spread frosting
Directions:
Directions:
Combine cake mix, salad dressing, eggs, water and cinnamon, mixing at medium speed with electric mixer until well blended. Stir in carrots and walnuts. Pour into greased 13x9 inch baking pan. Bake at 350º, 35 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean. Cool; spread with frosting.
