2 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp cumin
1 Tbsp tumeric
1/4 tsp chili powder
1/2 tsp salt
4 boneless chicken breasts
2 Tbsp olive oil
2 medium Granny Smith apples, peeled & cubed

Directions:
Directions:
1. Combine 1 tsp cinnamon with cumin, turmeric, chili and salt in plastic bag. Add chicken and toss well.
2. Heat olive oil in non-stick pan. Saute chicken over medium heat, about 5 mins per side. Remove from skillet.
3. Saute apples in pan for 1 min. Sprinkle with remaining tsp cinnamon. Cook and stir to coat. Spoon apples over chicken and serve warm.
