3-5 lb beef brisket, flat cut
bottle of Liquid Smoke (original)
Adolph meat tenderizer
4-6 T Worcestershire sauce
2-3 cloves garlic, minced
Salt & pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Line deep dish cooking pan with one large piece of heavy duty foil large enough to wrap around the whole brisket & hold juices while cooking.
Lay the meat on the foil. Add Liquid Smoke & sprinkle with meat tenderizer.
Roll all sides of foil together around the meat, sealing well.
Refrigerate overnight
Open the foil & add Worcestershire sauce, garlic, salt & pepper. Reseal foil.
Roast in 325º oven for 3-5 hours, depending on size and leanness of brisket.
Slice meat, then place in serving dish with juices.
