1 lb chicken breast or sirloin steak, cut into 1-inch strips.
1/4 c lime juice (2 limes)
1 clove of garlic, minced
1 1/2 tsp chili powder
1/2 tsp cumin (or more, if desired)
2 T Canola oil

1 medium onion, cut in wedges
1 1/2 c pepper strips (green, red, yellow combination)
1/2 c salsa

flour tortillas
shredded cheddar cheese
chopped tomatoes
sour cream

Directions:

Whisk together the lime juice, oil & seasonings. Add meat, and let marinate for at least 20 minutes (refrigerate if longer)
Remove meat to skillet on medium-high heat. Cook chicken until it loses its pink color (about 12 minutes) or steak until desired doneness.
Add onions & peppers. Continue cooking until vegetables are crisp tender.
Stir in salsa; cover & heat through.
Spoon onto tortilla; top with cheese, tomato, sour cream, and additional salsa as desired.
