1/4 c butter or margarine
1 can condensed cream of chicken soup
1 can condensed golden mushroom soup
1 1/2 c water
salt & pepper to taste
1 1/2 c uncooked Minute Rice
1 lb boneless chicken breast, cut into 2-inch strips

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 300º.
Melt butter in -quart casserole dish. Add soups & water. Stir carefully.
Heat in microwave about 4 minutes.
Stir carefully to incorporate soups. Add rice & stir well.
Add chicken & stir. Season to taste.
Bake uncovered for 45-55 minutes, until golden. Do not stir during baking time.

To increase servings, add a can of condensed cream of celery soup, 3/4 c water, and 1/2 lb chicken. Increase bake time up to an hour.
