Boneless, skinless chicken breasts
Swiss cheese
Parmesan cheese
1 jar Prego 3 cheese sauce
Flour
3 eggs
Olive oil
Fresh mushrooms.

Directions:
Directions:
Use a meat tenderize mallet on the chicken. Beat eggs w/a fork. Mix some parmesan w/some flour in a dish to coat chicken. Heat a little olive oil in skillet; just covering the bottom. Put some of Prego into a casserole dish, covering bottom. Coat chicken in egg, then flour & parmesan. Fry for about 3mins on each side. Place in casserole dish. Sprinkle parmesan on top. Pour a little more sauce on top of chicken. Lay a piece or two of swiss cheese on top of sauce, then some fresh mushrooms. Bake at 350 degrees for about 30mins. With foil on top
