Directions:
Pre heat over to 375º.
Unroll crescent dough onto a cookie sheet; separate into 16 triangles. Arrange 8 triangles in a circle points extending outward. Arrange remaining triangles in center, matching wide ends.
OR you can make 16 individual size rolls by just separating 16 triangles and laying on cookie sheet.

In a large bowl mix mayonnaise, mustard, pepper, turkey, celery and cheese together.

Scoop filling over seams of dough, forming a circle. Beginning in the center, lift one dough triangle across mixture. Continue alternating with outer and inner triangles slightly overlapping to form wreath.
*If you are making individual rolls, just over lap small end of triangle to large side and press to seal.

Apply extra grated Swiss cheese to top.

Bake 20-30 minutes or until golden brown and bubbly.
