1/3 bag spaghetti noodles
1/3 package of bacon
1/2 small onion
4 cloves garlic
3 eggs, beaten
1/2 pre-shredded bag Parmesan cheese
1 Tomato
1 tsp. olive oil - if noodles are too sticky

Directions:
Directions:
Cook spaghetti
Cook chopped bacon.
Pull bacon, leave 1/2 grease and cook 1 smallish ,chopped onion until clear.
Add chopped garlic for about a minute (now you start going fast- just keep stirring!
Put bacon back in.
Add pasta. You might need to add a little olive oil if your pasta is sticky.
Stir it up (still on heat- medium), pour 3 eggs (beaten) over the mix and keep stirring, you want the eggs to set but not be scrambled.
Sprinkle in ~1/2 package of Parmesan cheese- stir until it's all melty.
