Pan of brownies
1/2 cup caramel sauce
2 cups Rolos©, halved after measured
1 14 oz. can sweetened condensed milk
3 cups chocolate chips
2 tsp. vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Make a pan of brownies. Let cool. Pour caramel sauce over brownies and spread evenly. Spread Rolos© over caramel. In a saucepan over low heat, melt milk and chocolate chips together. Once melted, remove from heat and stir in vanilla. Immediately spread over Rolos©. Let set for at least 2 hours.
