6 red, yellow and orange bell peppers (2 of each color)
1 to 2 bunches of green onions, sliced
1 large bunch of cilantro minced (pull leaves from stem and discard stems)
1-2 fresh limes, juice only
1-2 pkg. of medium taco seasoning
1 small bag of frozen corn
1-2 cans of black beans, drained
1 small/med size jar of sliced or minced jalapenos, including juice

Directions:

Mix all of the above in a brightly colored bowl. Serve with Lime or Restaurant-style tortilla chips. ENJOY :)
