60 Ritz crackers, crushed(save a few back to sprinkle on top)
1 stick butter, melted
1/4 c. powdered sugar

Filling:
8 oz. Cool Whip
1 (15oz.) can condensed milk
1 sm. can lemonade

Directions:
Directions:
Mix crackers, butter and powdered sugar. Press into 3 x 9 pan. Mix cool whip, condensed milk, and lemonade together. Spread over top the cracker bottom. Sprinkle the remaining ritz cracker on top of the dessert.
