1/2 pkg of chocolate and vanilla cookies
1/2 c. margarine
1/2 gal. sherbert icecream, spreadable
Directions:
Directions:
Crush the cookies. Save back 1 c. of cookies for the top. Melt the margarine and add the rest of the crushed cookies. Press to the bottom of the 13 x 9 pan. Make sure the bottom is stiff then spread your sherbert ice cream over the bottom layer, spread evenly and level. Sprinkle the 1 c. cookies over the top. Place in the freezer right away.
