2-1/2 sticks margarine
1 8 oz. cream cheese
3 c. sugar
2 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. salt
2-7/8 c. flour
6 eggs

Directions:
Directions:
Cream margarine with cream cheese and add sugar until fluffy. Add vanilla and salt; then eggs, one at a time. Once well blended, add flour slowly.

Place in well greased and floured tube or bundt pan.

Put in cold oven and set heat at 275º. When heated, cook for 90 minutes (or until batter seems firm).

Cool slightly then turn upside down on platter.
