5 c. flour
2 tsp. salt
5 tsp. baking soda
3 c. sugar
4 eggs
1 qt. buttermilk
20 oz. box Raisin Bran

Directions:
Directions:
Mix together dry ingredients. Beat together sugar, oil and eggs. Mix dry ingredients into wet alternately with buttermilk. Fold in Raisin Bran. At this point you can store in refrigerator or continue to bake. When ready to bake: Scoop batter into prepared standard or mini muffin tins. Bake in 350 º preheated oven for 15 minutes. Cool on wire rack before removing from pan.
