1 cup chopped celery
1 cup chopped onions
1 cup ketchup
1 cup barbecue sauce
1/2 cup water
2 tbsp. vinegar
2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
2 tbsp. brown sugar
1 tsp. chili powder
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
3 lbs. boneless pork roast

Directions:
Directions:
Combine all ingredients except roast in the slow cooker, mix well. Add roast. Cover and cook on high for 6-7 hours. Remove roast. Shred the meat and return it to the sauce. Great for sandwiches, on rice, or all by itself.
