Ingredients:
Ingredients:
5 cups hot water
7/8 cup oil
2/3 cup honey
2 Tbsp salt
2 Tbsp yeast
1 1/2 cups powdered milk (mix with 2 cups of the flour)
12 cups whole wheat flour (may use part white)

Directions:
Directions:
Mix first 4 ingredients. Sprinkle yeast on top and let stand 5 minutes. Add flour and powdered milk one cup at a time, mixing after each cup. Knead for 10 minutes either by hand or mixer. If using a mixer, it is best to save out 1 cup of the flour and add it after kneading so it doesn't 'bog down' your mixer. Divide dough and put into 4 WELL greased loaf pans and press down. Bake 375º for 30 - 35 min. Turn out of pans and set loaves onto their sides to cool (this prevents a soggy bottom)
