2 cups cooked rice (set aside)
1 lb. ground beef
1 chopped onion
2 cups diced celery
1 can cream of mushroom soup OR cream of chicken soup (your taste choice)
Soy sauce to taste (about 1 tbsp.)

Directions:
Directions:
Brown ground beef with celery & onions and drain fat. Add 1 can of soup and blend mixture with rice. Heat through and serve. If desired, add Chinese noodles or Chinese vegetables on top of servings.

Serves 4.

We leave out soy sauce and celery and use cream of chicken soup for a more Americanized version and it tastes great! Very good for quick dinners.
