1/2 of 5lb. bag of flour
1 box raisins
2 yeast
6 tbsp. crisco
1/4 tsp. salt
1 c. sugar or extra
3 tbsp. cinnamon
4 c. warm water

Directions:
Directions:
Mix dry ingredients together, than add raisins and crisco. Dissolve 1 tsp. sugar in the warm water, then add yeast. Let stand until foamy. Stir, then make well in center of dry ingredients, pour mixture in. Knead into smooth ball. Let rise 1 1/2 - 2 hrs. Shape into balls, let rise again until
double. Bake at 350º for about 20 - 25 minutes.
Using icing sugar, make cross on top. Enyoy!!
