1/2 c. fresh brewed coffee, 4 oz. milk chocolate, 1 qt. amarena jam, pasta frolla dough.

Directions:
Directions:
Melt chocolate over medium heat with coffee and add one qt of amarena jam. Cook 15 to 20 min. stirring almost constantly. Let cool. This can be prepared a day ahead. Line muffin tins with pasta frolla dough. Place heaping tbsp of filling and cover with another piece of pasta frolla dough (rolled out). Use toothpick to punch a few holes in top of dough. Bake at 350º for 30 min or until nicely brown.
