1 1/2 c. flour
3/4 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
3/4 c. butter
3/4 c. brown sugar
1/3 c. sugar
1 egg
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. coconut
2 c. milk chocolate chips
3/4 c. chopped macadamia nuts
Directions:
Directions:
In a large bowl combine flour, baking powder, soda, and salt, set aside. Cream butter and sugars, add egg and vanilla, mix well. Add dry ingredients, and then add coconut (I like to brown slightly under a broiler), chocolate chips, and macadamia nuts. Bake at 375º for 8-10 minutes.
