1-1/2 lbs. ground chuck
2 15-oz. cans diced tomatoes
1 medium onion, chopped
1 15-oz can pinto beans, with fat removed
1 4.5-oz can green chilies, chopped
1/2 tsp. mild chili powder
2 tsp. cumin
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce

Saute onion and brown meat. Drain well. Add all ingredients to a large pot and cook on medium heat, stirring occasionally, for about 30 minutes.
Makes thick chili.
