3 cups all-purpose flour
1 tsp soda
1 tsp cinnamon
3 eggs, beaten
2 cups ripe bananas
2 tsp banilla extract
2 cup sugar
1 tsp salt
1 cup chopped nuts
1 ½ cups vegetable oil
One 8 oz crushed pineapple, drained

Directions:
Directions:
Combine dry ingredients; stir in nuts and set aside. Combine remaining ingredients; add to dry ingredients just until batter is moistened. Spoon into two greased and floured 9x5x3 inch loaf pans. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour and 5 minutes or until done. Cool ten minutes before removing to wire racks, cool completely. Yields 2 loaves.
