1 bag small white potatoes
Mayonaisse
Sour Cream
Worcestershire Sauce
Scallions
Grain Mustard
Sweet or Red onions
White Balsamic Vingegar
Chili or Paprika powder
Tarragon or fresh cilantro
opitional Garlic powder

Directions:
Directions:
Boil bag of potatoes in salted water.

In a glass bowl mix: 2-3 heaping spoonfuls of mayonaisse, 1 sour cream, 1 dash worcestershire sauce, 2 finely diced scallions, 2 spoons grain mustard,diced sweet or red onion,dash of salt and pepper, 2 capfuls of white balsamic vinegar, dash chili or paprika powder, T of tarragon (or fresh cilantro). Mix and let stand for while then mix with potatoes and 1-2 T of cooking water. Serve while warm.
