1/2 cup Sour Cream
2 tbsp Mayonnaise
1+ tbsp Horseradish Sauce
1 clove Garlic, pressed
1/4 tsp Salt
1/4 tsp Ground Black Pepper
1/8 tsp Ground White Pepper
1/8 tsp Dill Weed
1/8 tsp Garlic Powder

Mix together the sour cream, mayonnaise, horseradish, garlic, salt, black and white pepper, dill, and garlic powder in a bowl. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 20 minutes before serving. (The longer it sits the more the flavors are enhanced.)
