1 pound Bay scallops
1 26 ounce can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 can evaporated milk (6 ounces)
1/2 pound egg noodles
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon pepper
1teaspoon cayenne pepper (optional)
1 teaspoon chili powder (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
If frozen, thaw scallops as directed on package. Rinse scallops with cold water and drain. In 4 quart casserole dish mix all ingredients.Bake in preheated oven at 350º for 30 minutes.
