1 lb. flour, 1 c.. sugar, 1/2 lb. lard minus thin slice, 2 whole eggs, 4 egg yolks, 1 grated lemon peel and juice.

Directions:
Directions:
Make a well with 3/4 flour and add sugar around flour. Cut in the lard. Add eggs into well, lemon juice and rind to make a dough. Mix together until dough is smooth. Add the rest of the flour to allow for rolling. If dough is too dry, add a little marsala or sherry. Dough may be made one week ahead of using.
