1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can tuna, drained
2 c. cooked egg noodles
1 small can Le Sueur brand early June peas (optional)
1 c. shredded cheddar cheese
Salt and pepper to taste
Paprika

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375º
Blend soup, tuna, and peas in a casserole dish. (I heat this in the microwave before adding the noodles.) Stir in cooked noodles.Sprinkle with salt and pepper to taste. Cover with shredded cheese. Sprinkle with paprika. Bake until cheese is melted and bubbly.

Mama gave me this recipe when Joe and I were first married.(over the phone...it seems we all learned to cook over the phone!) The first time I made it I forgot to add the tuna! My wonderful husband was eating it without complaint until I mentioned that it tasted kind of bland. He had me name off the ingredients and when I got to the "tuna" I jumped up and went to the kitchen. I found the unopened can of tuna sitting on the counter!
