2 cups cubed butternut squash
1 1/2 cups cubed turnips
1 1/2 cups sliced carrots
3 shallots
1/4 cup honey
1/2 tsp. salt

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 450º
Combine all ingredients, toss. Place on cooking tray that has been coated. Bake for 35 minutes, stirring the mixture every 15 minutes.
