few garlic cloves
1 medium onion
10 oz. mushrooms
1 can beef broth
8 - 10 oz. burgundy wine
8 oz. sour cream
few Tbsp. gravy flour
3 lbs. beef eye round, diced
1 bag broad noodles

Directions:
Directions:
Prehead oven to 350º
Saute garlic in 5 qt. dutch oven until tender. Slice onion and saute with garlic until golden. Slice mushrooms and cook with other veggies. Put beef in dutch oven until browned. Add broth and wine until the veggies and beef are covered. Bring to boil, then place in oven for 1 1/2 hours at 350º. When done, add flour and sour cream. Serve over noodles.
