2-3 large eggs
Optional ingredients:
shredded cheddar cheese
bacon, cooked and crumbled
sausage, cooked and crumbled
diced ham
chopped bell peppers
diced red onion
diced tomatoes
sliced mushrooms
sliced black olives
qt. size zip-lock freezer bags

Directions:
Directions:
Crack eggs into zip-lock freezer bag. Choose any or all of optional ingredients and put into bag. Seal bag and shake to mix ingredients. Boil a large pot of water and drop in sealed omelet bag. Simmer the bag for 5-8 minutes. Remove bag from water with tongs.

We did this for Christmas morning breakfast when everyone was home. Worked GREAT. Everyone enjoyed making their own omelet and no one person was left to do all the cooking. Minimal cleanup also.
