2 Tbsp. butter
1 pound jumbo Shrimp, peel, deveined, tail on
1 Tbsp. herbes de Provence (miscellaneous)
Salt, pepper & garlic powder to taste
Shrimp Dipping Sauce (miscellaneous)

Directions:
Directions:
Toss the shrimp with the herbes de Provence, salt, pepper and garlic powder.
Let rest about an hour.
Heat a pan with the butter, when melted add the shrimp.
Cook through, about 2 minutes on each side.
Prepare the Shrimp Dipping Sauce and serve with the shrimp.

If you have to use already cooked, peeled, tail on shrimp that has been frozen, season and let rest outside the frig an hour after seasoning, then warm as quickly as possible in hot fry pan, pour off the water that will escape the shrimp and add the butter to do a quick fry just for color.
