3 family size tea bags
2 cups loosely packed fresh mint
1 33.8 oz bottle peach nectar
1/2 can frozen lemonade concentrate thawed
1/2 cup simple sugar syrup (2 cups sugar/1cup water boiled)
1 liter ginger ale
1 liter club soda
peach wedges

Directions:
Directions:
Bring 4 cups water to a boil. Add tea bags and mint leaves. Boil for one minute. Remove from heat, cover and steep for 10 minutes.
Discard tea bags and mint. Pour into a 1 galon container. Add peach nectar, lemonade concentrate, and simple syrup. Chill for 8-24 hours.
When ready to serve, pour into a pitcher and stir in ginger ale and club soda. Garnish with a peach wedge and mint sprig.
