Chicken or broth
4- medium potatoes peeled & diced
1- small onion diced
1-teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
2-Tablespoons flour

Directions:
Directions:
Boil chicken and remove from pot.
Add potatoes onion salt and pepper, boil till tender. Mash some of potatoes up with masher.
Turn off fire and add flour in and stir till mixed well. Turn fire back on and stir for 10 minutes to thicken.
