2-pound beef (roast or stew beef), cut into bite pieces
1/2 cup flour
4-large potatoes (peeled & cut into bite size pieces)
6-carrots
1-small onion
2-celery stalks
salt & pepper
1-beef bouillons cube

Directions:
Directions:
Start with a large soup pot. Roll beef into flour to coat. Fry till brown in soup pot.
Add cut up vegetables,salt,pepper and bouillon cube to pot and enough water to cover .

Cook 45 minutes or till tender.
