1/2 lb crab meat
1 stick of margarine
7 oz jar Old English sharp cheddar cheese
2 T mayonnaise
1/2 t garlic salt
6 English muffins

Directions:
Directions:
Melt cheese and margarine, add mayonnaise, salt and stir in crab meat. Slice each muffin in quarters. Spoon crab mixture on muffins and freeze firm on cookie sheet. Must be frozen 30 minutes, if baked right away or can be frozen weeks for future use. To cook, put on cookie sheet and broil around 3 min until puffy and golden.
