2 cans chopped green chilies
1 lb. Cheddar Cheese grated
1 lb. Monterey Cheese grated
6 eggs beaten well
1 - 4 oz. can Pet Milk

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix together 6 eggs and milk. Add grated cheeses and stir. In 11 X 9" pan glass or metal spread on bottom green chilies. Carefully pour egg mixture over chilies. Place in oven for 30 minutes or until set.
