4 eggs
1 c milk
1/4 tsp baking powder
1 tsp vanilla

6 peaches, sliced
1/2 c brown sugar
1 tsp cinnamon
dense white bread, sliced 1-inch thick
2 T melted butter

powdered sugar for garnish

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 450º. Grease or spray with Pam a 9 X 13 -inch pan.
In a large bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, baking powder, & vanilla.
Arrange sliced peaches in pan; sprinkle with brown sugar & cinnamon.
Dip bread slices into egg mixture until saturated. Arrange bread over peaches. Brush with melted butter.
Bake for 25 minutes, or until puffy & browned.
Garnish with powdered sugar, and additional peaches if desired.
